These resources were created by the Riverlands Alliance for the public. Many of them are geared towards kids, but they can also be enjoyed by adults. Please feel free to use these in your outreach efforts related to invasive species! Additonal resources will be added as they are made.

Native Plants & Wildlife Interactions Activity

Have kids match a native wildlife species with a native plant that is important to them. Kids will also learn about invasive species while completing this activity. Younger kids will need an adult to read these to them and even adults have fun with this one!

Prairies & Invasive Plants Activity

Use this short game to teach kids about invasive plants and how they can outcompete native plant species.

Use this activity to explain how some invasive plants, like Callery pears, can be dispersed by birds.
